Grace Description

Grace is a very versatile theme specifically designed for churches in mind but can be used for any type of business.

Theme features Page slider wherein you may add unlimited pages and right side features prominent video – a must have feature for a church website. The middle part of the theme features recent news and blog posts, Our Ministries (with auto thumb resizer) and Upcoming events, a very cool feature of the theme that will list the upcoming events for your church. Not only that, the events will automatically disappear once the event date has passed.

At the bottom of the theme, Location of your church with google map, address and other details could be placed and bottom right section features widget for Service Timings.

The grunge look and earthy colors of the theme gives it spiritual look. Available in three color schemes, this is a must to have theme for any church who needs a quick, easy online presence using wordpress.

One Review of “Grace”

  1. Chris Says:

I purchased two Templatic themes including this one.

In the last few years I’ve built about 30 WP sites using premium themes that we’ve purchased from StudioPress, Press75, Thesis, RocketTheme, Elegant Theme and ThemeForest. Many of theme discovered right here at WP Best – and all have been great! With one exception….

Templatic has been the worst theme developer – hands down.

Both in terms of theme design quality and user friendliness / feature accessibility.

Yes – their themes look cool. But once you start working with them, you realize that, what other ‘Premium’ theme developers give you for being a paying customer, Templatic seems to care less about or want to charge extra for.

For example, PSDs are included with every Theme I’ve ever purchases…except Templatic. They want $30 more for that, above the already pricey $69.00 tag.

I can live with imperfect themes and even with overpriced products. But what really makes Templatic get the “worst developer” award is their shameless lack of support when it comes to anything that might require effort on their part. (Or so it seems).

In each of my attempts (about five) to get support from them, I’ve gotten ridiculously unhelpful responses.

Example: After testing their Rejuvenate theme in several browsers, with multiple users, we realized a consistent error with child menu behavior – it disappears when you hover over it.

So, I reported it to them, asking for possible solutions. Their response? “We don’t see the problem – let us know if we can be of further assistance”.

Unfortunately, this is a typical Templatic ‘support’ answer. It proved once again that: simply taking money from people does not make you professional.

There are other support examples and technical theme deficiencies.

But in the end, I would say avoid Templatic and avoid the hassle. Especially when there are so many other rock solid theme developers listed here at WPBEST who will not only take your money – but they will value it and the privilege of having you as a customer.
