Zidalgo WAS a really great company, however they were recently bought out by a company called New View Solutions. These guys (pardon the language here) are complete scumbags. They are extremely dishonest, did not do ANYTHING they promised to do – in writing, and on top of it all, when I purchased my theme from them (I was their very FIRST customer when they bought out Zidalgo), the website had said free installation and unlimited set-up support. I got neither. They half installed the theme so that pages were broken, and half of the site did not even match what they show on their preview (nor were they aware of how the sites even worked). On top of that, I sent email after email after email begging for some assistance, a reply, something, and after a couple half-hearted, unhelpful responses, I then never got any replies (6 emails) until I called and spoke with the office manager. Finally the owner, Kevin, got back to me via a short email and basically told me he wasn’t doing anything for me (apparently had done a load of work?), and he didn’t care if I said it was the worst customer service I had ever experienced, or that I had paid for something that the website offered (and he was not doing). I would NEVER, ever work with this new company – NEW VIEW SOLUTIONS (who now owns Zidalgo). The themes at Zidalgo are beautiful, but the new company that bought them out should be shut down for unethical business practices. Unfortunately, I don’t know of a Better Business Bureau on the Internet, so I did a search and thought it best to try to protect others from the last 2 months of hell I experienced with this company. I’d recommend going ANYWHERE else. These guys should be thoroughly ashamed of themselves. I just hope that this review can protect others from going through what I went through.
